Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") carefully before using this website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which incorporate our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please promptly exit the Site.

The Site is owned and operated by Akuna Capital LLC, together with its affiliates and related entities (collectively, the "Company"). The Company may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any updated Terms.

3. Limitation of Liability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, that provision shall be construed to reflect the original intent as closely as possible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner. As a condition of your use, you specifically agree not to:

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your use of the Site and/or these Terms.
